  • Roswell:  If you’re into sci-fi or an avid enthusiast for the existence of other species, New Mexico is notable for it. The Roswell-based International UFO Museum and Research Center, for instance, highlights the Roswell Crash in 1947, which is later claimed to be a UFO crash incident.   
  • Ra Paulette’s Hand-Carved Caves:  New Mexico’s unique gem is located in La Madera. Artist Ra Paulette has been hand-carving caves in the desert for more than 25 years, creating sophisticated underground wonders. If art is your jam, you may not want to miss this adventure. Most caves are in private lands, however, so a guided tour is suggested for security and safety purposes.
