Bootler: A Search Engine for Food Delivery Services

This is a sponsored post but all opinions are 100% mine.

I don’t have a lot of free time to cook and I usually end up ordering food a lot. I have a few restaurants I like to order from but sometimes I find it intimidating to choose between all the food delivery services available at home in Chicago.

Enter Bootler. Bootler is a new online aggregation service or search engine for food and alcohol delivery. Bootler is not a food delivery company and you do not order directly from them. Instead, Bootler works with different delivery services allowing users to pick a restaurant and compare availability, delivery fee, minimum order amount and delivery time.

Basically, Bootler is like Kayak.com for food delivery in that it allows you to compare food delivery companies and directs you to order from their websites. Here is a YouTube video which explains Bootler in more detail:

Bootler is completely free to use. You don’t need to sign up to use Bootler, but if you do you will be given promotional offers and discounts.

Right now Bootler is only available in Chicago but is expanding to New York City by the end of the year and other large cities soon after.

Bootler is currently working with different food delivery partners (including Grubhub, Postmates, Eatstreet, Delivery.com) and an alcohol delivery service company (Saucey).

If you don’t have a specific restaurant in mind, you can enter your address for nearby restaurants and further filter your options by type of food and price.

So if you live in Chicago (or are just visiting) and want to order food, check out Bootler to save time and money on your food delivery. For those of you that live in other large US cities, keep an eye out for Bootler. For more information and updates, follow Bootler on facebook and twitter.
